Support TPO Correspondent and Wholesale lenders directly with questions and assistance regarding residential mortgage loans. Regularly communicate and coordinate with several internal and external parties to resolve outstanding conditions and other impediments to closing, including lenders, account executives, underwriters, settlement agents, title companies and appraisal reviewers. Prepare initial disclosure, RESPA change of circumstance re-disclosures and closing packages for Wholesale Lenders in a timely manner and in compliance with internal bank, investor and regulatory guidelines, including initial Loan Estimate, preliminary and final Closing Disclosure, closing instructions, note, mortgage, riders, and affidavits. Review and validate documentation and loan origination system data provided by third party lenders including income, appraisals, assets, red flags, credit reports, Know Your Customer/Customer Identification Program, Hazard and Flood Insurance, and Title work. Validate documentation and data to confirm third-party loans are disclosed and comply with internal bank, investor bank, investor and regulatory guidelines including TILA-RESPA, HPML, HOEPA, Regulation B, HMDA, QM Points and Fees, and Specific state test.
