After graduating, she began her human resources career at Baxter International, as a human resources employment representative. She has also worked in human resources for Jabil Circuit, as well as for 24 Hour Fitness of California.Staci was a human resources business consultant for KMPG of San Francisco before being named Human Resources Director for Leisure Resorts, where she held responsibility for company-wide recruitment, unemployment, and liability concerns. Her responsibilities also included shaping policy with regards to human resources practices. She trained managerial staff and she also represented the company to organizations such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Nevada Equal Rights Commission.An active contributor in her field, Staci Gross maintains affiliations with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and undertook professional training with the Mediation Training Institute.
