Program Manager
Current- Accountable for the overall program performance, execution, relationship and customer satisfaction for assigned programs
- Alignment of internal and external resources to meet key customer program milestones and requirements
- Assignment and resolution of issues and actions to ensure timely delivery and execution of all program deliverables
- Maintain and grow program profitability
- Single point of contact for cross-functional team from Manufacturing, Test, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Sales to drive program success
- Coordinate efforts to ensure proper customer expectations are fully understood and plans are in place to deliver on those commitments
