With 34 years of experience in the financial industry, I bring extensive knowledge to my clients and members. I successfully led retail branch teams for over 20 years, accumulating numerous awards along the way, including Branch Manager of the Year, multiple Leaders Circle recognitions, and top sales awards. My vast lending experience including mortgage origination, consumer lending, and business lending, allows me to creatively find the best solutions for borrowers. My experience and work ethic allow me to consistently achieve my sales goals and generate proven results for my employer.During my career I have volunteered for several community organizations and served many volunteer roles. I have been a leadership mentor, United Way ambassador, Salesforce champion, and lending liaison. I spearheaded numerous community events for the bank, including food drives, Gleaner's Food Bank event, community shred day, and school supply drive for LMI students.My mid-life crisis consisted of starting college at age 47 and graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Forbes School of Business through the University of Arizona Global Campus. It was an honor to earn my Bachelor degree in Business Administration the week before I celebrated the half-century birthday milestone. I am a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, Alpha Sigma Lambda honor society, and the prestigious Sigma Beta Delta honor society for the top 20 percent of business, management, and leadership students. Outside of my career, I enjoy working on my sixth generation hobby farm, being involved in my church, hiking, and spending time with my family.
