My hyperspace journey through marriage & motherhood has proven to be the most challenging and humbling yet more fulfilling than any other milestone. Since becoming a stay-at-home mom, I've missed working on multifaceted projects and having adult conversations but most of all deeply connecting and listening to and helping those around me.As an aspiring couples & family therapist, I want to help guide others through their times of uncertainty, loneliness, change and ultimately growth. In whatever stage in life we are, we are always changing and how we grow (or get stuck) from these changes impacts who we are in the present and thus the future. In this way, I want to empower people to become mindful and reconnect with the light and love within.
