I'm responsible for the client-services and membership management strategy of our 43 year-old nonprofit agency. I set the agenda for how the agency interacts with our members, clients and customers. I guide the philosophy that the agency employs to serve our members and clients. I translate our client service philosophy throughout the organization via emails, conference calls and face-to-face meetings.

Created, tested, verified, distributed and tracked all software products. Set up orders and assigned and managed customer service reps. Assisted client service reps in determining client needs. Scheduled all training classes, hotel, lunches and transportation for trainees. Created and maintained code for database. Provided total rewrite of two product manuals for corporate office in Ga. and branch office in Colorado. Organized User Seminars and Conventions. Responsible for Human Resources activities for 30 employees. Negotiated company insurance policies.

Performed customer service duties including handling: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Reconciliation of Bank Statements, Invoicing, Corporate Taxes, Liasion with Corporate Attorneys and Debt Collection.
