With over nine years of experience at College of Southern Nevada (CSN), I am a program director and a production manager in the theatre department and a leader in faculty organizing. I hold an MFA in entertainment production and design from California State University, Long Beach, and a BA in drama and theatre arts from Trinity University.I lead and oversee the production, management, and promotion of various theatrical shows and events, working with creative teams, budgets, resources, and safety and quality standards. I also teach and mentor students and faculty in theatre production and design, and collaborate with external partners and stakeholders. As a lead negotiator for the Nevada Faculty Alliance Union, I have secured fair compensation and benefits for college faculty. My mission is to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence through theatre, education, entertainment, and technology.
