My professional experience includes a wide variety of customer service positions over a span of 10 years. I began in Temple Texas at a Little Caesar's restaurant at 17 years old, where I quickly demonstrated a sense of responsibility and leadership. I was made a shift leader and key-holder of the business at a mere 18 years old. I then moved on to college and was hired at a call center called GTI - General Telemarketing international. I was employed at GTI for two-and-a-half years, taking phone calls and conducting "third party verifications". My next place of employment was Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in both the Denton and Grapevine locations, where I learned to serve tables, bartend, and put together take-out orders. I quickly became a Certified Trainer of these roles, where it was my responsibility to not only conduct training classes, but also observe and train new employees in all three positions. In order to expand my knowledge of wine, which began at Olive Garden, I obtained a serving position at Winewood Grill, a more contemporary and upscale restaurant.
