As I was dubbed the "Posing Queen" from fellow athletes and from the Executive Members of Jabbfa in 2015 after competing in the 2015 Bikini Fitness National Competition. In 2016 I was asked to groom and prepare the Fitfarm male and female team of athletes on posing and presentation. I was also asked to teach Bikini fitness posing at the Jabbfa free posing sessions to ensure better placings and presentation for the athletes at the Jabbfa and International competitions to represent Jamaica. I have been successful in doing so, as many who I have taught, helped to refine or clarify their posing techniques and presentation for the bodybuilding stage in Jamaica and internationally have always placed 1st, top 3 or top 6 in their category and for their gym and or for Jamaica. I am blessed to be given the talent and opportunity and it is my pleasure to contribute in helping to build " Team Jamaica of Bodybuilding! "

One of the first Medical Representatives to be apart of the launch and increasing success for the Krka Pharmaceuticals in Jamaica. I promote and encourage Doctors and Pharmacist to use the Krka brand of products for their patients due to their consistency in therapeutic efficacy and reliability. As a Registered Nurse first in my heart what is very important to me is health promotion to the Jamaican people, then knowing that quality and efficacious products are being taken by the Jamaican people. Hence why I have been and still am a Krka Medical Representative since its launch in Jamaica in October 2012 which I am proud of the reliablity and efficacy of Krka Pharmaceuticals.

I was a Surgical Nurse on the surgery wards, ward 5 (Intermediate ward after leaving ICU) and 6( General Surgery). After a year I was increasingly put in charge of the ward as the charge nurse for the shift until my departure to become a Medical Representative.

I was a Model on the very first Jamaica's Deal or No Deal TV Game show. For 6 weeks of Production.

I was hired as a sales clerk for this newly opened clothing store (but no longer in operation). Eventually as the customer based grew and more employees were hired due to my performance I was given a supervisory position and normally left in charge of the store while the owner wasn't present in store.
