My genuine and sincere love for people especially young people is what makes me unique stand out in a crowd. It brings me great joy to work with, motivate, inspire and help them to become a better version of themselves. I believe in professionalism and exhibit superb leadership qualities which I have demonstrated throughout the years in my career and through volunteerism. This has assisted me landing the prestigious position of Distinguished President for numerous organizations such as the Kiwanis Club of May Pen. Being a science and physical education teacher for over nineteen years have taught me numerous life lessons about children and young people, such as how they learn best and how to motivate them. Also, working with over one hundred coworkers daily and acquiring a second degree in human resource management has assisted me in better understanding the human workforce, such as what motivates or demotivates them. I currently hold a masters degree Physical Education and Sports and looking to pursue a doctorate soon.I'm an enthusiastic individual who enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, reading, cooking, gardening and simply enjoying the outdoors and all that life has to offer. I believe that one should thrive to be a better person everyday and strive to make this world a better place through their personal interaction with others.
