I’ve always been an information sponge. In college, I pursued an American Studies degree because it had ALL the things. My studies examined single events and issues from a range of disciplines—politics, economics, law, art, history, sociology, language, literature. I looked at more than one side. I discovered the angles. I learned how to balance all sorts of ideas and objectives to solve problems. This training was custom made for a career in Human Resources. I know how to look at multiple objectives when engaging with the company’s most valuable asset—its employees. I take a holistic approach that considers everything from culture, compliance and profitability to inclusion, engagement and workability. This creates workplaces that really work, without leaving anything or anyone out.
