Assist in updating and creating task list, maintenance plans for planning; collecting documentation for establishing all new accounts, assist with resolving cost issues and accountability for all charges in work orders.•Review weekly forecast developed by Operations Maintenance Gatekeeper, review available resources with area Maintenance to validate daily/weekly schedules and to match proper resources to the scheduled work. Adjust resources as needed to meet business unit needs, and allocate resources to scheduled maintenance work for the site to meet business and area needs. •Communicate with contractors for jobs relate to scaffolds, insulations, etc prior to scheduling work. •Use SAP PM Scheduler to finalize weekly & daily schedules with the Operations Maintenance Gatekeeper and distribute schedule on a daily basis.•Owner of MIQA inspections & Critical Components file. Maintain inspection history of vessels & relief valves per MIQA & PSM requirements. •Review of equipment files & report previous information for Metallurgical review, file extensions, revisions, etc for all equipment currently set up as critical components, resolve issues of equipment not being critical & documenting files accordingly. •Updating maintenance plans, restarting clocks and making necessary changes on equipment reviewed by Metallurgical group.
