eading a high functioning team requires leaders have a clear vision, are grounded in who they are, the values that guide them, and the communication skills that inspire others to contribute wholeheartedly to the success of their business or organization. And yet, it's easy, as leaders, to get caught up in the daily tasks, speaking out of habit, and reacting rather than consciously responding. That's where I come in. With my experience as a manager and leader in the company I co-founded in 2003, combined with the skills and competencies I have acquired as a trained Life and Communication Coach/Trainer I support women and human centered leaders, to lead with their head and their heart to bring out the best in themselves, their people, and the teams they contribute to.

As a Life Coach I create a space for clients to feel safe and supported to explore and navigate the complications that create disharmony in their lives. It is through this process that self confidence is created. I encourage imagination, creativity and and a return to their own inner guidance.

As the Communication Specialist at ITC, I facilitated meetings using Holacratic methods, trained management and teams using Conscious Communication to support internal and client-facing communication, trained our team in conflict management, and supported them with tools to communicate effectively with business partners and clients.

When I co-founded ITC in 2003, I worked as the sole office administrator and grew into the Office Manager overseeing a team of eight.

As a representative of doTERRA I educate and empower individuals to take control of their health, to honor their intuition, their bodies and to support their loved ones to do the same.

Serendipity was a bi-annual sale that offered unique home decoration and furnishings, gifts, jewelry and rare finds - all based on the concept of recycle, reuse and refurbish. As the creator, I encouraged fellow creative entrepreneurs to build their confidence - share their creations and ask a fair price. I created space that was visually pleasing and functional where customers felt inspired and curious. Doors opened for a Friday night with a preview where items could be held with a prepayment, an all day Saturday sale and pick up on Sunday. I chose this schedule to create excitement and encourage customers commitment to purchase, this left little inventory and an always fresh sale. I created a team for quality marketing, included business cards, postcards, newspaper and word of mouth. I took advantage of social media to offer sneak peeks prior to the sale, vendor spotlights, a recap following the sale and announcement of the next, encouraging customers to mark their calendars.
