At heart, I’m a problem solver with a big creative streak - I’m constantly looking for opportunities to streamline workflows and apply out-of-the-box ideas. I’ve combined these core traits to optimize existing processes, expand operating limits to historic new boundaries, and save millions of dollars in inspection costs in my previous engineering role. This position gave me eye-opening experience successfully working in a manufacturing environment and on cross-functional teams as well. My coworkers trust me to efficiently and accurately execute solutions to issues that arise, but they also knew me as the pink-haired engineer down the hall who consistently exudes positive energy. Many have outspokenly appreciated and noted this as motivational to them.I am now starting a new position as a Consultant 1 at Efficio and am excited to learn more about procurement and business consulting.
