I support program evaluation activities for the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s opioid overdose prevention programs

I collaborated with Sinai village to address community-identified health challenges and helped connect the local school and clinic to funding resources

- Co-administered the rollout of new M&E strategy that emphasized outcome harvesting, appreciative inquiry, and continuous quality improvement.- Managed survey data collection and analysis to inform the evaluation of AVAC's Good Participatory Practices course and it's effectiveness in training global health professionals in stakeholder engagement.- Provided ad-hoc data analytical support.

Established monitoring & evaluation and knowledge management systems for the PEPFAR-funded DREAMS program in the City of Ekurhuleni

 Independently developed M&E guidelines for projects being managed by Action Against Hunger remotely. Used primary qualitative research methods to create a case study on effective complaint systems for humanitarian programs. Supported ACF-US Technical Operations department by conducting ad-hoc data analyses, desk reviews, organizing M&E materials on Sharepoint, and completing other tasks as delegated.

Provided M&E assistance and data analysis expertise to WFP Jordan's Emergency Operations unit, specifically related to the Syrian crisis response.

I conducted behavioral pharmacology experiments to model the role environmental cues play in opioid addiction and conditioned reinforcement behavior in rats.

Assisted students who seek help in reinforcing language skills (e.g. grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, writing, etc.)
