Assistant Manager of a Santa's Grotto in Bournemouth Town Center. Opening and closing of the grotto, preparing the workload, delegating roles, organising rota's, cleanliness of the grotto, daily deliveries and stock take, pre-bookings, dealing with inquiries, and cash handling including cashing up and daily banking. Working with children of all ages and backgrounds, whilst keeping in character of Santa’s elf.
