Reports directly to the Deputy for Strategy, Agency Chief Information Office. Responsible for leading and facilitating critical integration efforts across the various elements of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) to include five Agency Level Offices (ALOs), six Service Lines (SLs), and nine Center CIO organizations. Leads efforts to further the collaboration and external integration with missions, stakeholders, and customers as part of the organization's transformation. Facilitates process framework discussions for improved service delivery to stakeholders. Recommends solutions and/or develops critical products to guide integration and standardization across the organization: OCIO RASCI for responsibilities and accountability; a consistent, standardized set of functions and roles for ALOs, SLs, and Centers, and an added governance model that incorporates direct customer engagement and feedback. Skilled in bringing teams together, identifying gaps in integration, integrating across functional areas, and working towards achieving well-aligned processes and products to increase customer service and internal organizational efficiencies.

Responsible for advising on IT systems transformation efforts and engaging organizations involved in all elements of Mission Support Future Architecture Program (MAP). Facilitating the identification of systems and applications that must be modified to fully implement MAP transformations across the Agency, developing the systems integration requirements, and developing an implementation plan for IT system transformation consistent with the Agency implementation approach for mission support functions. Implement a phased transition plan that includes an independent review, key decision points, phasing, implementation durations, and target dates for the end state.
