Managed an application support team who assisted internal and external clients requesting security access and Level 1 system issue resolution for the Empower LOS and Broker Portal. Developed and maintained Enterprise Security Documents (System Access Profile, Privileged Accounts, SOP) and UAC entitlement mapping. Owned department audit inquires, responses and action plans. Monitored unusual LOS account activity via Splunk and dispositioned triggered alerts. Security SME and System Manager Delegate for all Origination Systems.• Designed and authored technical requirements for our internal IT departments and vendor (BKFS) to implement five (5) Splunk alerts for Empower abnormal user account activity leveraging security data from Empower Intraday tables. • Provided IT technical requirements to map over 2,800 unique Empower LOS entitlements to the bank’s User Access Certification system, Aveska, to streamline the experience for managers certifying their direct reports system access and close a bank OCC MRA.• Improved Empower Security Access Profile rating from Not Meeting Expectations to Meets Expectations by closing three Segregation of Duties audit findings.• Developed and proposed a new team workflow between Level 1 and 2 support teams to foster continuity.

Appointed workstream lead for the Conforming Expansion project while simultaneously assisting with transitioning legacy LOS applications to Empower. Approver for specific technical Empower configuration templates for Pilot. Assigned special projects such as Empower Role Revision, on-boarding Consumer Lending to the Enterprise Change Management and Lead Analyst for Consumer Lending’s request system, URequest. • Revamped Empower LOS user entitlements by reducing roles from 50 to 23 creating efficiencies for Sales, Operations, CLBT Help Desk and Vendor.• Project lead for Consumer Lending to onboard 70+ systems to the bank’s Enterprise Change/Incident Management processes to remediate OCC MRA. • Collaborated with team managers to document system requirements for the initial roll out of Consumer Lending’s in house request system (SDLC) URequest.

Managed a team of Business Systems Analysts who developed BRDs, UAT Testing/Scripts and executed Post-production Validation for the Bank’s Mortgage Systems to ensure Credit Risks and Data Integrity issues are minimized and systems align with product guidelines. System issues were vetted first by our Secured Underwriting Control SMEs which originated from Help Desk Support or the Data Steward Team. Then were logged into SharePoint sites for visibility, tracking and assignment purposes (CCMR or MMR Repositories).• In 2011, my team supported 45 system projects (9 Data Integrity, 36 Credit Risk Production Fixes) resulting in $1.9M in Actual Burn Rate (typical project budget is $2-3M per year). 1• Key player with addressing DTI enforcement on Rules Engine, DTI and CLTV/LTV calculation & rounding mismatches, Invalid Appraisal Eligibility on Fastracks, numerous SASE Enforcement/Risk Tier/Guideline Type changes and AUS (Proprietary) Underwriting Condition /Rule changes.

Applied technical knowledge to document Loan Origination functional / non-functional requirements and system use cases for changes requested by our Retail & Wholesale Fulfillment divisions.
