I am a Financial Director with over 15 years of experience leading an international motorcycle organization in adopting sound financial practices that drive compliance, maximize business outcomes, and navigate complex business ventures. My blend of skills across financial management, business planning, and budget processes is paramount in informing my approach to delivering strategic program and product recommendations. I have a long-standing track record with Harley-Davidson, where I continuously restructure our financial modeling to equip our senior leadership team with pertinent data and information to make sound business decisions. Additionally, my recommendations streamline and modernize financial reporting, allowing our teams to exceed sales, supply and demand, and operational initiatives. As a result of my unique capabilities, Harley-Davidson tasked me with migrating our electric bike brands, LiveWire and StaCyc eBikes, into a separate publicly traded company. To establish this new business, I had to build a plan for our global finance team to extract LiveWire’s EV financials from the Harley-Davidson business. I collaborated with auditors, our global finance team, and business partners to review every company account and build consolidated financials to be used in support of taking LiveWire public via a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) listed on the New York Stock Exchange. I also worked with our brand leadership team to build the first company-owned dealership and e-commerce platform for motorcycles and ensured it complied with legal contracts by revising our accounting policies and recording transactional flows.
