My name is Stacy Dingler, and I am a dedicated Supply Chain Intelligence Suite (SCIS) Support Engineer with a strong client focus. With extensive experience in managing the Supply Chain Intelligence Suite of products, including IBM Food Trust and Transparent Supply, alongside proficiency in other Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role.My journey with IBM began in 2008, following a collaboration facilitated by ATT and IBM. Over the years, I have evolved from a Site Focal overseeing a team of 12-14 individuals to assuming additional responsibilities as a backup Team Lead and serving as a Project and Escalation Focal in collaboration with the DPE team.Beyond my professional endeavors, I am privileged to share my life with a remarkable wife who is an esteemed special education schoolteacher holding a Master's degree in early childhood development. Together, we take pride in nurturing our two children and celebrating their achievements. Our shared interests in visiting museums, attending air shows, and engaging in various outdoor activities enrich our bond and bring us joy.My personal and professional experiences have shaped my identity and underscored the importance of family and continuous growth.
