My name is Stacy Dingler, and I am a dedicated Supply Chain Intelligence Suite (SCIS) Support Engineer with a strong client focus. With extensive experience in managing the Supply Chain Intelligence Suite of products, including IBM Food Trust and Transparent Supply, alongside proficiency in other Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role.My journey with IBM began in 2008, following a collaboration facilitated by ATT and IBM. Over the years, I have evolved from a Site Focal overseeing a team of 12-14 individuals to assuming additional responsibilities as a backup Team Lead and serving as a Project and Escalation Focal in collaboration with the DPE team.Beyond my professional endeavors, I am privileged to share my life with a remarkable wife who is an esteemed special education schoolteacher holding a Master's degree in early childhood development. Together, we take pride in nurturing our two children and celebrating their achievements.
