Organising onsite make safes to mitigate risk to clients and exposure to further/ongoing damages.Preparing detailed building reports and scope of works inline with PDS and the building code to ensure warrantable repairs and minimise variation costs, on BAU claims and large loss claims.Liaising with engineers and reviewing report to provide insurers with accurate causation and scopes on complex claims.Researching and reporting on areas at risk of ongoing exposure to tidal fluctuations. To highlight properties at risk during an event and may require further investigation by qualified hydrologists.
