When I started at SalesPad we were a small startup with about 10 employees and approximately 100 customers. During my time there I went from managing one territory to managing a team of six sales reps, covering all everything west of the Mississippi and all of Canada. Our team sales increased 25% to 30% year over year.I cultivated and maintained relationships with customers, partners, employees and peers in the Microsoft channel. I attended trade shows, partner marketing events and demonstrated software.While managing the team, I trained them on industry standards and best practices, and acted as a mentor for them and others in the organization. When I left SalesPad, the company had over 100 employees and over 400 customers.
