My journey into the dental industry began unexpectedly, and was ignited by my father's work in the removable implant space. What initially started as familial support soon evolved into an impassioned commitment. With a bachelor's degree in communication and business, complemented by over two decades of sales and sales management experience, I found myself uniquely positioned in my field. However, it was a revelation of the national average for full arch dentistry case acceptance—merely 20-30 percent—that fueled my determination for change. Through immersive one-on-one training with my father (who was dedicated to learn and understand the marketing side of dentistry), I honed a distinct skill set, evident with my ability to earn the trust of 7 out of 10 individuals I presented full arch cases to. Recognizing the widespread challenge in full arch case acceptance, I am dedicated to effecting change, empowering more dentists to effectively communicate the value of their services to patients. Ultimately, my mission is to help more doctors and their teams understand the entire sales process that is needed to be successful in full arch dentistry.
