Manage North American commercial team, which develops strategic alliances with value chain participants (CPG's, retailers, Industrial Design firms, OEM's, and Converters) to collaborate on new innovative packaging formats that deliver differentiation, improved performance, and sustainability benefits in the marketplace. Objective is to bring new packaging formats to market faster, through use of accelerated working prototypes that have been validated through consumer insight, tested for production & processing efficiencies, and are retailer ready.

· Responsible for developing the strategic marketing plan, and driving the implementation of the annual objectives for the business team. · Accountable for maximizing the value of our total product/service offering, while meeting targets for volume and market share improvements in rigid packaging segments such as bottles & drums, caps & closures, thin wall containers, and industrial containers/material handling, and durables. · Lead multi-functional market team with representation from sales, market research, technical Service & development, R&D, asset & supply chain, communications, and asset value manager to deliver against business objectives of sustainable, profitable growth in rigid packaging segment.

· Performance Chemicals sales role included progression from a sales representative to an Account Executive, responsible for account leadership and contract negotiations, implementation of the business strategy, and management of sales activities at strategic accounts.

· Negotiated national accounts and procured MRO supplies for divisional plant at corporate HQ location. · Championed many cross functional teams and led efforts for better working relationships with internal and external customers.
