My professional niche lies specifically in the adult population, treating individuals 18 and over who experience troublesome anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. I have been intensively trained through the Beck Institute, and am a Diplomate and Certified CBT therapist through the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, including Exposure and Response Prevention, to help individuals gain a better understanding of the connection between their thoughts and feelings/behaviors.

Provided individual counseling to children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, and difficulties at home, school, and/or work. Incorporated creative play techniques with children, and utilized talk therapy with adults in the form of CBT, motivational interviewing, and taking a client-centered approach.

IPRT (Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation Treatment) is a structured outpatient program for individuals who are managing a severe and persistent mental illness in the community, and wish to pursue rehabilitative goals in the areas of living, learning, working, and independent living.
