CurrentWorks directly with and coaches Editors and Producers to deliver videos that match or exceed our standards on time.Actively advocates for and provides production needs across the video team.Develops impactful objectives, and regularly evaluates the Editors' and Associate Producers' work and performance, and seek ways for them to level up in their roles.Ensures accountability among the Editors and Associate Producers on their deliverables and responsibilities.Regularly reviews video content and provide feedback that maintains and dramatically levels up the quality. Sets the leading example for how we produce and edit videos on the Video production team.Regularly revisits how the Video production team produces videos and implement better processes, which result in higher quality videos and smoother, cross-team collaboration.
