On February 15, 2022, I announced that I have chosen to leave my role at CoventBridge. In the interim period of this announcement and May 2, 2022, I am working in an advisory role to assist in the transition. I have had the extreme honor and pleasure of dedicating the past 20 years of my professional career to CoventBridge Group. I'm very proud of leading a culture that set the foundation for our fierce customer-first philosophy by inspiring people who stand for integrity, transparency, passion, and partnerships. The team's commitment and steadfast stewardship have made my decision to leave a difficult one; yet I was able to make this decision because I know they will continue to deliver exceptional, quality services to our clients. I will miss leading this great team but do so with confidence that they are well prepared to meet our clients' high standards and continue the company's position as the global leader in full-service investigations.

In this role, I took ownership of all facets of business development, revenue modeling, client engagement, account management (500+ accounts), and marketing and branding efforts as an instrumental member of the C-Suite executive leadership team. I led a team of 55 with full P&L and budget oversight. I leveraged my industry reputation as the driving force behind the newly formed entity of ICS|Merrill and CoventBridge to lead sales operations, turnaround declining revenue, and reignite growth. I served as SME for investigative services and the full cycle of Program Solutions from concept to implementation. I deftly navigated all levels of client organizations to influence and position solutions.Highlights of my accomplishments include:• Concepted and developed a response program for a major Fortune 50 client that streamlined the claims process and generated increased gross margin. • Expanded the company into the government sector in 2019, a new vertical, enabling the company to withstand the challenges of the COVID19 global pandemic, achieving revenue targets and strategic goals throughout the pandemic. • Won major RFPs in the government sector in Year 1, followed by significant revenue over 3 years with escalations and realized multi-million dollars in annual revenue over 5 years. • Achieved millions of new revenue in Year 1 and continued to propel revenue growth: increasing revenue YOY by expanding market share with current customers and adding new customers, every year, while completely transforming EBITDA.• Built strong relationships and consistently increased market share and revenue with existing customer base. Successfully retained key customers at a 98% retention rate and won business with new customers. • Infused a culture of transparency and boosted client engagement with frequent communications with top claims officers at major clients to discuss opportunities, resolve challenges, address issues, and share wins.

Post-acquisition, I was promoted to lead a high-performing 22‐person team of regional sales managers and sales executives. In this position, I forged strong relationships with C-Suite leadership, client procurement teams, and other cross‐functional representatives. I developed strategies to enhance performance within customer acquisition, growth, and retention while strengthening the company’s brand equity and establishing the company as a respected industry partner. I spearheaded business development efforts, propelled sales, and steered implementations across the insurance industry.Highlights of my accomplishments include:• Shifted the company’s mindset from a reactionary stance to a growth-focused approach while maintaining an executive focus on enhancing gross margins, cash flow, and providing clear, strategic direction.• Formed a new Investigative Services division with the merger of 2 companies by diminishing redundancies and structuring teams while retaining key accounts.• Coached, guided, and inspired team to consistently exceed sales goals, driving substantial corporate growth and market expansion. Selected as a member of the CEO Club.

• While at Photofact (a division of American Superior Insurance Company), started the Investigative Services Division, managed the P&L, budget, operations, sales, and revenue projections. • Grew a startup business from zero to $1.5M in revenue, meeting or exceeding all sales goals.• Conducted cross-functional team training, coaching, and mentoring of 15 staff.• Developed new sales programs and facilitated training for sales representatives.• Crafted and implemented strategic plans to market and sell products to insurance companies.
