Responsible for the buying for our 2,700 square foot sports and golf shop that does close to 2 million dollars in retail sales each year. I also manage and oversee the merchandising, day to day operation of the golf department, tournament amenity sales, and inventory control.

Las Colinas

Oversee the day to day operation in the golf shop that produces close to $2 million dollars in retail sales per year, as well as the golf services department that does 45,000 rounds per year. Working with the DIrector or Retail to assist in buying and maintaining inventory levels, while keeping the inventory variance less than 1%. Responsible for all special orders, maintaining and organization of skus, golf ball and all fill in orders, as well as tournament amenity ordering.

Responsible for all of the receiving, tagging, and prepping of close to $1M in inventory per year. Kept inventory variance at less than 1% on an average inventory of $400,000.
