Current- Support large group employment team members in recruiting and onboarding efforts for nested maintenance, capital work and planned turnarounds.

- Monitors and reports on project metrics to include Requisitions, ATS Data, Turnover/Retention Rate, forecasted needs, Wage and Labor trends
