Responsible for managing all employment eligibility verification (Form I-9 compliance), including follow up on reverifications/receipts for work authorization and E-Verify cases. Strong partnership with our employment legal team is required. Responsible for managing our vendor relationships, as well as, partnering with internal and vendor systems teams on process improvements. In 2017, additional responsibility added for Unemployment insurance claims management and processing. In 2019, gained responsibility for in Onboarding Administration. In 2020, additional responsibilities added for Imaging, Records Management, and Separation of Benefits Communication. Most recent prior position was responsible for managing a system that maintained all HR/Benefit/Paid Time Off account notation, workflow generation/tracking, and functional processes for multiple areas of HR/Employee Services, Payroll, and Retirement Administration. Provided direct team leadership, communication, and general project management to all core user teams. This position was the primary contact for our systems team to manage all issues, upgrades, process improvements and enhancements to the system. Responsible for all communication to functional users on this system. Prior Benefits position included creating/publishing all statistics and reporting for the Benefits Administration team, as well as, administering a two quarter look back for benefits eligibility. Another position included testing for Benefits Administration HRIS changes to both benefit programs and rules for all businesses, within our Ben Admin module of PeopleSoft. The Health Care Raw Materials group at Procter & Gamble was the team responsible for gathering, weighing, and measuring all chemical components for the creation of pilot products for the research and development team. This team provided necessary raw materials to the product engineers for initial product testing.
