Key achievements include implementing Semarchy xDM for financial master data management and establishing financial master data standards that defined the scope of technology costs across the 40 geographies in network, developing operational processes and compliance tracking and reporting to manage variable spend, overseeing and governing business cases supporting a $200M investment for new global technology development and standardized approach and pricing for global technology professional services agreements.

Recruited to lead the strategic business partner team, managing financial planning, forecasting, month-end close, governance and reporting. Owned an $800M budget achieving expected results for all annual planning cycles while balancing multiple funding mechanisms, competing priorities and defined financial business targets. Responsibilities included overseeing planning, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting, financial models and governance, leading the evaluation of technology investments to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, and managing a team of over 20 financial business partner professionals supporting financial management responsibilities as aligned with strategic direction.
