In my most recent role I have been responsible for working with my team of Education Consultants and Education Partners across the National Account salon groups and ensuring they have the skills to deliver exceptional education sessions and events to support the growth of our National Account chains. Through regular field accompaniments it is my job to monitor customer service standards are at the highest level, sharing the brand messages appropriately to inspire our salon partners. To work towards targets for course occupancy within all National Accounts education offering and to work closely with the National account managers to ensure that the education plan supports the commercial objectives of the business.Alongside this, I work closely with the Education Director to develop and grow the visions and strategies of L’Oréal Professionnel Education and managing the education budget for National Accounts.

Within this role I manage a team of Education Consultants in London. My key focuses within this role see me to not only ensuring that we grow and develop the salons and our business but also coaching and mentoring to help grow each member of the team ensuring they feel motivated and up skilled to be the very best educators to represent the brand and themselves. I work as part of a strong team where we develop education and write new formats to keep our offering at a high standard and offer new learning opportunities to our customers in line with demands within the industry.I work closely with the Regional Sales manager to ensure our teams work closely together to gain new business and grow the salons on our Region. I am passionate about developing strong relationships with our hairdressers and salons and to put education plans in place that are bespoke to each salon to develop the team as a whole, and as individuals.I am responsible for the education that runs within our London Academy and work with International divisions to educate their teams and clients both internally and oversees. I work hand in hand with events and marketing to launch new products and competitions and have presented numerous shows and events.I love to be challenged and to gain new skills and I remain passionate about the industry and enthusiastic to keep learning.

I began working with Loreal in 2014 as an academy educator in the Loreal head office in London, I worked here for 2 years educating all about the brand to salon users, and helping to motivate and inspire new hairdressers or hairdressers in the industry for a number of years. In January 2016 I then took my role to the field looking after Key Accounts and some National Accounts in central London helping to develop the talent within the salon and also looking at opportunities to help them grow their business through education and building a solid relationship with the salon teams. I also looked after a team of Freelance Educators and was responsible for developing their skills and knowledge to the standard of L'Oreal Professional to deliver education at its highest in our academy in London or Regional venues and salons. I was also responsible for ensuring they are supported with journey planning, administration before during and after the education has taken place, ensuring they have the relevant and current stock ordered, and that their knowledge is maintained in line with the innovations L'Oreal develop. Since end of 2017 I became project leader to the L’Oreal ID artist team. This is a 2 year talent development programme where we work together with those who have auditioned and secured a place on the team to develop their skills further and give them the platform to showcase their talent. I am responsible for co-organising the events we host with the team, helping put together the education plan to develop and inspire them whilst also ensuring we promote them through social media channels.For the past 3 years I have co presented the L'Oreal Colour Trophy Tour on stage at the backstage live finals (2016/2017/2018).

After gaining a lot of salon experience in hairdressing and education I decided to open my own business and work as a Freelance Hairdresser and Beautician. The business ran for 3 years where I gained a completely different skill as a business owner conducting a variation of treatments on clients from hair, tv/wedding make up, and beauty treatments in order to offer a range of services to my clients. During this time I began working as a Freelance Educator for L'Oreal Professional where my passion for education grew and eventually when the business grew to a point I needed to think of the next steps I decided to pursue my dream in education and take a fulltime role with L'Oreal.

Salon Educator with a L'Oreal Colour Specialist Diploma ~ Credit, this is the highest level of colour training within the industry. Worked at Essensuals for 4 and 1/2 years in this position where I was the in salon educator responsible for training all assistants within the salon and re developing the training programme on offer within the salon. I was also responsible for stock control and ordering all salon colour.

I completed my NVQ2 hairdressing.

I completed my NVQ2 in beauty therapy.
