Lead operations of 120 Agents, five team members and four managers. Network and collaborate with the management team to deliver and execute on expected goals. Supervise a highly productive team by promoting a learning culture and utilizing one-on-one meetings to drive self-development and further education. Mentor and train the Manager in the daily job functions through learning resources, learning needs assessments, and on the job training to enhance performance. Determine needs assessment of the entire team to see where gaps are between current conditions and desired outcome. Work closely with a team of five to customize and create learning on multiple job functions that will be delivered to the field, as well as individually train these employees on how to present to a group of 30 or more.

Led General Office operations to include Agency support, training, new business, finance and service. Work in collaboration with the Managing Partner, Partners, Development Managers and Standards in the day-to-day operations of the office. Recruit, develop and supervise a highly productive team. Organize Lunch & Learn training classes for new agents. Facilitate a customer service focus by offering learning sessions with new agents. Contribute, report and participate in all office management meetings.

Led General Office operations of 50 agents, four team members and three managers. Conducted quarterly performance reviews with team that was comprised of setting goals, monitoring goals and overall year-end evaluation of goals. Developed team to complete required learning courses and maintained group training sessions. Contributed to the development of agents by conducting training classes related to agent compensation and benefits, life applications and inforce services. Hired and trained an employee who became an Associate Service Leader and then promoted to Service Leader in Cincinnati.

Handled all President's and Chairman's Council agent's business from start to finish. Participated in Administrative Manager Training Program.

Processed contracts for new agents, maintained producer licenses, coordinated all office events, updated reports, and created newsletters for entire office. Maintained recruiting and training materials.
