Manage facility installation costs for WNS/NPR-A Capital Projects. Responsible for project budgets, forecasting, reporting, and benchmarking. Responsible for client costs on BP Pipeline Renewal Program projects with total installed costs ranging from $8,000,000-$80,000,000. Utilized earned value management to integrate cost and schedule. Contributed to the development of work breakdown structures (WBS). Analyzed TIC estimates and allocated project budgets to align with the WBS.

Oversaw the sourcing of construction services. Responsibilities included the development of RFP documents, evaluation criteria, and contract documents, evaluating contractor proposals, facilitating team meetings, and final contract award and negotiation. Provided market intelligence, cost models, and spend reports to the Category Management team.

Directed purchasing decisions, pricing structure, inventory levels, and sales strategies of assigned product lines in the Denver market.
