Oversee the day to day operations of the IT department, including the WAN, LAN, Core system, and other systems and applications.

Directly supervise 4-10 employees, responsible for the development of branch staff, providing direction and overseeing branch participation of selling and promoting financial services, assist Market President with yearly budget and ways to obtain branch/corporate goals, conduct annual performance reviews, oversee facilities and ensure the delivery of the highest quality customer service. Contribute to yearly in-house training for employees on different industry matters, customer service, career development, and company policies/procedures. Also serve as a member of the human resources committee, intranet implementation task force and committee, operations process improvement implementation committee, and customer relation management program implementation committee.
