Recently, I was honored with the 2018 Minneapolis Business Journal CFO of the Year.As a Board Member, I have a deep understanding of corporate governance and board fiduciary responsibility. I contribute strategic and critical thinking in finance and operations to create, grow, lead and transform organizations. My focus in on building dynamic cultures, mentoring high potential leaders and delivering exceptional results. I am currently serving as an Independent Director at Nortech Systems. As a member of the Board of Directors, I chair the Audit Committee.Previously, as a CFO and VP Operations in retail, financial services and marketing services, I was recognized for leading transformation and growth.I've been a member of the Washburn Center for Children Board of Directors for seven years, and was past chairwoman of the finance committee, which provided services for children with social, emotional and behavior issues. I currently serve on the Board of Trustees for the National Church Benefit Association. I am also an active member of the Women's Health Leadership TRUST.
