My current position is in the Program Management Support Division of the Administration & Management Directorate of the new Defense Health Agency (DHA). I manage all facility projects for the Defense Health Headquarters (DHHQ) and coordinate with WHS and GSA; develop acquisition documentation to include SOWs, PWS', IGCEs, Acquisition Plans; perform COR duties on several contracts; oversee DHHQ Building Services such as Mike's Deli, the cafeteria, Fitness Center, ATMs, etc.; oversee DHHQ Communications to include the DHHQ website and DHHQ Gazette.

I spearheaded the BRAC move of our organization. I was the COR of our Initial Outfitting & Transition contract which was a turn key contract that procured all furniture, IT, VTC and other equipment to outfit a 644,000 SF renovated building to house 3,050 personnel, as well as move all personnel to the new location, all within budget and agressive timelines. I coordinated with GSA, WHS, the Lessor, architects, interior designers, furniture designers, movers, IT professionals, etc. I reviewed Design Intent Documents, Construction Documents, Construction Submittals.
