o Circulate ophthalmology surgeries including cataract via PHACO with IOL, Pterygium, DSAEK corneal transplant, Tarsorrhaphy, Lamellar Keratotomy.o Provide preoperative and postoperative care for patients undergoing ophthalmology surgeries

o Conduct simulations covering MedSurg, OB, and Pediatric topics throughout the Associates Degree Nursing Programo Write simulation scenarios for use in the ADN and LPN programo Work one on one with students in the clinical skills practice labo Validate students in clinical nursing skills

o Support the largest labor and delivery unit in Alabama with 20 labor beds, five triage beds,three operating rooms, and 11 bed Antepartum unit.o Providing pre, intra, and post-operational care for cesarean section, cerclage, dilatation andcurettage, bilateral tubal ligation, and hysterectomyo Experience with high risk obstetrical patients including PIH.

o Patient care for all cardiac diseases, including (But not limited to) congestive heart failure,dysrhythmias, coronary artery disease, post Cardiac Catheterization.
