-Oversee day-to-day duties of over 120 swim instructors and lifeguards-Create and maintain weekly schedules of over 25 daily multiple shifts -Update bi-weekly timesheets and pay-period adjustments for 120 lifeguards and swim instructors-Coordinated biweekly staff meeting and quarterly staff training-Assisted in overseeing national swim meets held by USA swimming annually-Responsible for maintaining and developing relations with patrons through out the City of Irvine Community

-Prepare lessons while maintaining a high safety standard for children age 3 to adults.-Developed rigorous lesson plans to meet high standard of swimming performance -Maintain frequent communication with parents through the use of interpersonal venues

-Oversee collection and reporting of employee data supporting THINK Together programs-Administrative duties such as necessary paperwork prior to employment -Updates and maintains candidate status during employment application process
