-Develop and design an effective Safety and Health Program/ authorized to revise as needed.-Provide Training and Instruct new hire orientation. -Manage the company badge system after all training has been conducted provide training badge to employee.-Track all training records of employees-Audit safety management system inside of plant, report finding, establish corrective measures, implement and retrain.-Ensure that OSHA 300 log of occupational injuries and illnesses is maintained. Post the annual summary from February 1st through April 30th at each work location-Develop and design an incentive program as well as a reporting program.-Maintain the necessary books and records associated with the safety aspects of the business or as assigned.

-Review, supervise, monitor and ensure compliance with Company's Drug and alcohol program.-Review, supervise, monitor and ensure compliance with Company's Safety Plan and Procedures Manual.-Perform on-site first-aid in the event of an accident; if injuries go beyond first-aid, I am responsible for the transportation to an occupational medical facility.-Purchase, distribute and keep inventory on all PPE given to employees.-Ensure that OSHA 300 log of occupational injuries and illnesses is maintained. Post the annual summary from February 1st through April 30th at each work location-Maintain the necessary books and records associated with the safety aspects of the business or as assigned.-Document all Near Misses-Track and Update all Employees Files and Emergency Contacts, Training records, Etc.-Hold morning safety meetings for employees including determining the appropriate subject matter, ensuring attendance and documenting the meetings.-Hold monthly safety training for employees including determining the appropriate subject matter, ensuring attendance and documenting the meetings.-On Call Schedule 24 Hr.

Painter Helper, QC pipe coatings, Data EntryPrior to work start use sling to test weather conditions daily and document. Check in and keep inventory on pipe, and all other materials coming in to get pained. Use iso drawings to look up spool number and determine the paint system for each piece and flag it accordingly. Design a Microsoft spread sheet to track and monitor each pipe progress throughout the painting process, complete qc reports, and hyperlink to spead sheet print and submit and end of each job. Gathering information for reports, test anchor profile, use different gauges to test wet/dry paint thickness, document all tag numbers, pipe information, paint system and batch numbers and any additional information needed for reports.
