Primarily responsible for presenting the community and apartments to potential residents while qualifying applicants in a thorough and timely manner. Other responsibilities include corresponding with maintenance to ensure smooth move-ins for new residents, maintaining up to date files which requires entering data into computer base, as well as posting monthly rent checks, sending out late notices and processing leases and renewals. Daily interaction with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, ensure timely payment of rents and maintain community's customer base with an effective resident retention program.

Duties include managing the day-to-day sales, operations and business facets with primary focus on increasing unit sales and dollars per transaction. I also help build brand awareness through online sales platform and cultivate client building through personal appointments and consultations. Additionally, I work directly with corporate on web generated orders, as well as orchestrate fund raising/charity events.

Primarily responsible for educating customer on diamond clarity and quality, setting up financing for clientele, processing warranties, update pricing and display merchandise on a regular basis by arranging in an appealing and orderly manner to boost sales.
