Custodial Supervisor
CurrentAs the Custodial Coordinator, I am responsible for overseeing the Custodial Staff in the following buildings:Gragg Administration CenterSenior High Complex: 9th Grade Center, South Building, PAC Center, Wood shop, Multipurpose Building, Weight Room & Football FieldLewis & ClarkCareer & Technology CenterOsage Trails Middle SchoolFire Prairie Upper ElementaryEarly Childhood CenterIndian Trails Elementary MaintenanceWarehouse (office)Blue Hills ElementaryBuckner ElementaryCler-mont ElementaryElm Grove ElementaryIndependence Center ClassroomsAgriculture ClassroomSoccer FieldsBaseball Fields & RestroomsFootball field, press box & restrooms The District has approximately 65 full and part-time members on the custodial staff. The Custodial Staff is responsible for performing daily, weekly, and annual cleaning functions in each building. They also perform light maintenance work in each building and prepare for additional events such as: Basketball Games & Practice Football Games Volleyball Games & Practice, etc. Plays Concerts Armed Services Blood Drives Job Fairs Various dinners Debate Tournaments Wrestling events Various parent groups In addition to overseeing the Custodial Staff, I am also responsible for purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment, maintaining the budget, maintaining security alarm panels and usage for alarm panel by building, records of active employees, conducting interviews and placing new hires in custodial positions, project management, building and run inspections and scheduling for the custodial department. I am on call 24/7 for any problems or emergencies that may occur during non-working hours.
