I was hired to orchestrate all onsite tradeshow operations at annual International Conference consisting of 14K+ attendees, 240+ exhibitors, 77K+ net square feet of sold space, and $3M in sponsorship revenue. This included developing fiscal budgets for the Corporate Department and International Conference. I managed security, first aid, and temporary staffing. My role included directing exhibitor registration and housing processes with vendors and overseeing onsite management. I designed the floor plans to maximize revenue and space allocation as well as conducted detailed market analysis and create comprehensive sales/marketing strategy.Highlights include…* Exceeded exhibit/sponsorship revenue projections on $7.5M tradeshow.* Strategized new revenue streams to facilitate growth while enhancing the trade show experience for the attendees; programs added include Bonus Booth Program, Industry Theaters, Mini Theaters, Guru Bars, Job Recruitment Center, and Clinical Trial Awareness.* Negotiated and secured contracts with general service contractor, floorplan management provider, security, customers broker, first aid, photographers, and floor managers.* Wrote and executed exhibitor communication plan.* Oversaw development and production of the exhibitor service manual with general service contractor.* Facilitated the Exhibitor Advisory Committee (EAC) and lead the onsite meeting attended by the International Conference Chair, members of the Executive Committee, vendors, and staff.* Won Tradeshow Executive Fastest 50 Award for 2012, 2014, and 2016 International Conferences; ATS 2017 International Conference nominated as one of the top five finalists for Best of Show by TSNN.* Presented with the ATS Presidential Commendation (2013, 2014).

As Associate Director, I supervised and mentored a staff of 5 consisting of 2 managers and 3 support staff. I was responsible for preparing yearly performance evaluations on 2 employees and provided input to the Division Director on remaining 3. I managed trade show operations for up to 11 clients annually ranging in size from 15 to 700+ booths. I developed trade show budgets for all clients; coded invoices against the budget; additionally, created the divisional budget in coordination with the Division Director.Highlights included…* Produced 2 international trade shows in Barcelona and Rome, approximately 30 booths in size.* Devised marketing and communication plan for each client, including exhibitor prospectus, newsletter, exhibitor service manual, and website.* Led successful negotiation and secured contracts with general service contractor, security, customs broker, first aid, and floor managers for each of the 11 clients annually.* Created comprehensive monthly reports for clients detailing progress, goals, recommendations, and final analysis of events or tradeshows.
