I am also pursuing a degree in UX design at Arizona State University, where I am learning the latest tools and techniques for creating user-friendly and accessible digital products.In my current role, I collaborate with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to conduct user interviews, create wireframes, and test prototypes. I also contribute to the bank’s social media and marketing campaigns by designing engaging and informative posts. My goal is to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction across multiple generations and platforms.
