Organize and categorize financial data for easy retrieval and reporting. 3. Budget Management.Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets for various departments and projects. Ensure expenses align with approved budgets. 4. Expense Processing.Process and review expense reports from employees, verifying receipts, and compliance with expense policies. Ensure timely reimbursement to employees. 5. Accounts Payable.Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying accuracy, obtaining approvals and ensuring timely payments to vendors. 6. Accounts Receivable.Oversee accounts receivable functions, including issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding receivables. 7. Payroll Processing. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Verify time cards, deductions, and compliance with tax regulations. 8. Tax Compliance. Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including income tax. Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance. 9.Vendor Management. Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance. Seek cost-saving opportunities and efficient procurement strategies. 10. Asset Management.Maintain an inventory of organizational assets, including equipment, furniture, and technology. Track depreciation and disposals as necessary. 11.Administrative Support. Provide administrative support as needed, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. 12. Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial and administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines. Assist in the development and updating of policies as required. 13. Training and Development: Stay updated on financial and administrative skill
