Human Resources Director
Perform and manage all Human Resources functions to include developing and maintaining employee benefits packages, managing the outsourcing of our payroll system, recruiting, staffing, training, culture, systems, and communicating policy and procedure changes to organization.•Establish and track departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the companies’ strategic goals. •Create, monitor, and manage all human resources related budget items (payroll, training and development, etc.)•Monitor and track annual budget•Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. •Maintain employee related data base, employee files including training records •Along with Management Team develops and implements training programs that address company training needs •Coordinate and select any external training programs and consultants•Establish and lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce. •Conduct investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth. •Provide day to day benefits administration services and assist employees with any claim issues•Develop and recommend changes with benefits offered, benefits orientations, and training. •Ensure compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements •Maintain and monitor minimal company exposure to lawsuits•Ensure effective communication with employees through such avenues as meetings, programs, surveys, newsletters, focus groups, one-on-one meetings, etc
