I would describe myself as a motivated, optimistic leader who is using the changing healthcare environment to adapt and lead changes within my organization. I am focused on redefining the role of the clinical team to perform in a Clinically Integrated Network. As a leader I see myself leading change through integrating patients and families into our working teams gaining their perspective before implementing large scale projects.
