Finding the right solution to the right problem is key to success.A seasoned educator, I have 31 years of experience in learning with people. My strengths include exemplary communication skills, change management, innovative problem solving/design thinking, and facilitating adult learning. I believe these are transferable skills that can add value in any organization.Serving as a school principal for 15 years has provided me with a plethora of experiences in the areas of strategic planning, human resources management, curriculum design, planning and leading professional development, culture building, staff evaluation and fiscal responsibility, along with a good bit of crisis management. I am looking forward to applying my skills in a new environment while continuing to learn with and from others.
