● Developed and validated a clinical diagnostic test that detects the androgen receptor variant transcript 7 (AR-V7) in circulating tumor cells of men with metastatic prostate cancer to predict the sensitivity to enzalutamide and abiraterone drugs and aid in treatment decisions. ● Validated the Invivoscribe IGH Gene Clonality Kit for clinical diagnostic use and qPCR Assays for the detection of leukemia translocations for clinical diagnostic use including AML-ETO, PML-RARA, INV-16, and BCR-ABL major and minor, in addition to a pyrosequencing assay to detect a germline SNP in the SOD2 gene.● Developed an assay to detect molecular relapse in the plasma of patients with pancreatic cancer using RainDance digital droplet PCR.● Validated various sources of automation instruments to streamline clinical operations in the laboratory and improved efficiency.● Improved validation processes by implementing data management software to efficiently and effectively conduct validation of data.
