I've spent the last 20 years in the payroll industry. After a career in retail I knew I needed to move on. I got my feet wet working for a payroll processing company. My start there allowed me to move on to working for a trucking company and then a traveling nurse company. I was responsible for processing, auditing and handling day to day payroll. I currently have spent 11 years working in the IT Staffing industry. I was able to move from payroll specialist to lead and over see the auditing of the day to day process, auidt payroll, set up sick accruals for different states, weekly reporting, interaction with payroll provider and problem solving. I was picked to be apart the Investment Committee that is for future leaders of the company. I spent a year learning and working with other members from different departments on how to become a leader that fits our culture and future.
